Notes
- Active employees are those who are working for you. In our Flexi plan, you do not pay for for inactive employees. We deem an employee active on the following occurrences taking place: A shift has been published for the employee. A timesheet has been submitted for the employee. The employee has performed management functions such as Rostering, Managing Timesheets, Exporting Payroll information, Managing Tasks, Creating Journal Entries or Reviewing Reports.
- Terminated/Discarded employees are not charged in any of the plans. Discarded staff cannot be rostered or have any interaction in Deputy. However, their history is retained and you can re-instate them at any time.
